That belief inspired me to write “The Win-Win Workplace”—now a New York Times bestseller—and to develop the framework that powers this summit. Spanning across 1,700 organizations, my research explores the intersection of talent development, leadership, and organizational transformation. Grounded in real data and real stories, moves beyond theory into evidence-based strategies that deliver measurable results for both employees and employers.
