“One of the biggest issues that we, as a people field, face with our work is that we don’t frame our people problems in terms of business outcomes. MEET THE FOUNDER
The most resilient and future-ready organizations are built on one essential principle: people are the core of performance. That belief inspired me to write The Win-Win Workplace—now a New York Times bestseller—and to develop the framework that powers this summit. Spanning across 1,700 organizations, my research explores the intersection of talent development, leadership, and organizational transformation. Grounded in real data and real stories, moves beyond theory into evidence-based strategies that deliver measurable results for both employees and employers.
My work with the Future Forward Institute provides me with the privilege of speaking with and advising some of the most forward-thinking, people-centered organizations in the country. Their leaders are finding that we build stronger teams and better businesses when we prioritize purpose, voice, and opportunity.
This summit is designed to bring those ideas to life. It brings together employers, educators, and innovators who are committed to solving real problems, sharing bold approaches and reimagining what work can look like when people are placed at the center. I am honored to have you as part of this community and excited to see what we will build together.
All my best,
Dr. Angela Jackson
