Attendee Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

These Event Attendee Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals who register to attend the Win-Win Workplace Summit hosted by Future Forward Institute, taking place May 4–5, 2026, at Venue SIX10, Chicago, IL, with an opening reception on May 3, 2026.

By registering for the Summit, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

  • Full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options specified on the registration platform.

  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

2. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual. A $75 administrative fee will apply to all transfers.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Eunice_Fernando@futureforward.institute no later than five (5) business days prior to the event start date.

  • No substitutions will be allowed onsite.

3. Event Format and COVID-19 Contingency

Future Forward Institute intends to host the event in-person. However, health and safety are a top priority. If, at any time, Future Forward Institute, in its sole discretion, determines that it is not feasible to hold the Summit in person due to COVID-19 or other force majeure circumstances, the event may be transitioned to a fully virtual format.

  • If the format is changed to virtual, all ticket holders will receive access to the virtual Summit.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued due to the change in format.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward fellow participants, organizers, speakers, and sponsors. Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

Future Forward Institute reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Summit agenda, schedule, venue, speakers, or any aspect of the event.

  • Cancel the in-person Summit and host it virtually (see Section 3).

  • Postpone or reschedule the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. No refunds will be issued for changes in schedule or event format.

6. Photography and Recordings

By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the Summit for promotional or commercial use by Future Forward Institute. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify the registration desk upon arrival.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Your registration information and any personal data collected will be used in accordance with Future Forward Institute’s Privacy Policy. Attendee contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners for legitimate event-related communication, unless you opt out during registration.

8. Liability Waiver

Future Forward Institute shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by attendees or third parties arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to travel delays, lost property, or changes to event logistics.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
